This case has exposed serious failings in NSW law enforcement, fire safety regulation, and justice processes. Despite clear evidence of negligence and many unanswered questions, no one has been held responsible for the preventable deaths of my 4-year-old twin daughters, Ophelia and Tarrow. Mothers, families, and children deserve better – my daughters's lives matter.
I am urging the NSW Attorney General, Michael Daley MP, to urgently overturn the ruling and order a full Coronial Inquest into the deaths of my twins.
